CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, please make all cancellations or adjustments at least 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after this period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount. Regrettably, no refunds can be provided for early check-outs.


 
MUSIC POLICY:

In the spirit of providing a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly request that music not be played in the balcony, lobby, or outdoor areas.


 
ALCOHOL POLICY:

You are welcome to enjoy your own alcohol within the privacy of your room. However, we kindly request that alcohol consumption outdoors during daylight hours be refrained from.


 
PROHIBITED GOODS:

For the safety and comfort of all guests, bringing or storing combustible, hazardous, or prohibited goods is strictly prohibited. This includes gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent food items.


 
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or individuals for whom they are accountable.


 
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and avoid causing nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. The Management reserves the right to request a guest to vacate their room or other areas of the hotel without prior notice and without specifying a reason. In case of non-compliance, the Management is authorized to remove the guest's luggage and belongings from their room.


 
RELATION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT & GUESTS:

Please note that this agreement does not establish a tenancy or sub-tenancy or any other property right within the hotel premises for any guest, resident, or visitor. The Management retains full and absolute possession of the entire hotel premises.


 
GOVERNMENT RULES & REGULATIONS:

Guests are expected to adhere to all applicable acts, laws, and government rules and regulations as per the local laws.


 
PET STAY POLICY:

We are pleased to accommodate guests traveling with pets. However, pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets and are reminded that pets are not permitted on beds. Leashes are required in common areas, and for hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant.


 
NOTE (Extreme Weather Conditions):

In cases of extreme snowfall or heavy rainfall:

1. The property may be accessed via a 200-meter unpaved road that could become damp.

2. Power cuts or low voltage may occur, but we have inverters for backup.

3. Room heaters may not function at maximum efficiency.

4. Geyser heating times may be extended (up to 1.30 hours).

5. The property may not be suitable for toddlers (up to 5 years) and senior citizens

6. During winters, and guests with medical concerns are advised to avoid travel.

7. Guests are advised to carry extra footwear and jackets for snowfall.

8. Roads may be closed for 3-4 days during extreme snowfall, and we provide hot water in buckets.

9. Special food items requiring a microwave may not be available.
